FULL PLANNING & DESIGN
Grace Heller will ensure every detail is accounted for throughout the entire planning process and manage everything from the day you get engaged to your wedding day. You can be as involved in the details as you’d like or completely hands-off and leave it to us to produce and manage your perfect wedding day. Grace Heller takes a limited number of weddings a year to maintain the highest level of service for our clients. This package includes an initial consultation, creation of mood board and design concept, establish vendors using our network filled with only the best in the industry, create minute by minute timeline and checklist, create and manage overall wedding budget, track RSVP’s and all other guest details, create floor plans, seating charts, and layouts, coordinate all set up and break down, and day of management and execution.
Planning + executing welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and post wedding brunch available as an add on.
DESIGN & STYLING
Grace Heller is best known for her fashion forward, modern and non-traditional approach to event design. We will work very closely with our clients to define their unique vision and aesthetic and bring that to life.
This package is perfect for clients who would love to manage their own details of the planning process but would love some assistance on their creative direction. After our initial consultation, we will design a bespoke concept specifically for you based on your aesthetic and vision and work on a detailed proposal for you.
PRIVATE EVENTS & GATHERINGS
For all of life’s moments you want to cherish — Grace Heller will design and plan the most perfect special event and intimate gathering for all types of occasions. Corporate events, special anniversaries, product launches, intimate dinner parties, holiday celebrations, birthday’s, 100 day celebrations, bridal showers, baby showers, engagements and more.
WARDROBE STYLING
Grace Heller’s approach to design and styling is heavily influenced by her years of expertise in the luxury, fashion industry. This package can be an add on for all packages that will help clients put together the perfect wardrobe for an upcoming editorial, photo shoot, special event or wedding day. We truly believe wardrobe styling is essential to tying the full aesthetic and design together.
We will work together on the vision board and start bringing the vision to life for the most perfect wardrobe.
EDITORIALS
This package is for photographers and other vendors wanting to grow their portfolio. Grace Heller will create a mood board, styling board, and production plan for the editorial. We will manage the wardrobe styling, prop styling and all furniture needed to create the perfect shot list. The shots can range from wardrobe, ceremony, tablescapes, stationary, and all the little details in between.
